This program is designed to help you improve joint flexibility and muscle strength, optimize mobility and balance, increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and develop body awareness.

Our focus is to take you through proper progressions to obtain balance, mobility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, strength, and muscular development so you can perform at the highest level of your physical ability. We will provide personalized assessments to determine your specific needs and create a program that is tailored specifically to you.

You will receive the following:

  • In-person, you will receive One-on-One training with one of our Certified Personal Trainers to guide you safely through your exercises using proper techniques and motivate you past your perceived potential
  • A Polar HR Monitor will be provided to track your workout efficiency by session intensity, duration, total caloric burn
  • Biometrics Scale to measure muscle mass, hydration, and bone density
  • Global Fitness Coaching App, where we will create your personalized mobility, strength, and conditioning programs
  • Recommended supplement protocol specifically for optimizing recovery and performance to get the most out of your training
  • This program only focuses on gaining balance, core and muscular strength, flexibility, and muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
