Sean’s Dr offered several medications, from Blood Pressure Meds, Cholesterol Meds, Blood Thinners, and Anxiety Medications. Sean looked at his Dr and said, “Dr. Hughes, I am 29; there has got to be another way.” That is when he left his Doctors office and set out to find an alternative path to correcting his metabolic syndrome. In 6-months, Sean reversed all of his symptoms and did not need any medications. From that moment on, Sean made it his life’s passion to educate and help others how to do the same. This was the moment when the 3-NFH Method was created.

Diagnosis of Metabolic Syndrome
